Residents of Chile's remote Pacific island of Rapa Nui, better known as Easter Island, began receiving vaccinations against COVID-19 this week, after the arrival of the first 1,200 doses of a vaccine developed by Chinese pharmaceutical firm Sinovac Biotech.
