This year marks the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet. Remarkable changes have taken place in Tibet in the past decades.
The Lhasa-Nyingchi railway officially began operating on June 25, when trains passed through southeast Tibet for the very first time.
One month after the railway’s official opening, People’s Daily reporter Jieqiong went to Tibet and experienced riding the Fuxing bullet train on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
In the last episode, Jieqiong shares her experience riding the bullet train on the newly opened Lhasa-Nyingchi railway. In this episode, she will introduce the people she met during the trip and share how they feel about the railway.
