"If you want to be free, you need first to feel safe. That's what we were, on the verge of losing in 2019," an Australian law professor said when asked why he chooses to stay in Hong Kong.
He added that now that stability and safety are being restored with the implementation of the national security law, Hong Kong remains a great place to live.
