Claudia Pantaleon Sanchez, a professor at the Confucius Institute of the University of Havana, studied in China for four years.
Sanchez said that during her stay in China, she "saw a nation under the leadership of the Communist Party which managed to overcome various difficulties to become prosperous as it is today," adding "it is an example for Cuba to follow."
